Opening Discussion
Once communications have started, Itinerant will thoroughly go through our business model, our processes, and provide any information our partners need to move forward with lease terms.
Sign Lease
Upon reaching an agreement, a lease will be signed with the appropriate addendum to ensure that Itinerant can fulfill their obligations to their partners and provide excellent service to their guests.
Let Us Take the Wheel
Once the lease is signed, Itinerant will take over business operations for how ever many units were agreed upon. At this point, our partners can relax knowing that their property is in the hands of qualified experts.

What kind of guests do you allow?
Our primary demographic is business travelers who are looking for short to mid term stays. We also cater to corporate housing clients and other niche industries that frequently need temporary housing.
How to you maintain high quality guests?
The Itinerant screening process only allows the highest quality guests possible. Our comprehensive compliance protocol runs a background screening of every guest while also ensuring that they sign a rental agreement that prohibits disruptive or damaging behavior.
How do you screen your guests?
In order for our guests to qualify to stay at an Itinerant location, they must pass a comprehensive background check that is run through Autohost. This runs their identity through several databases to ensure there is no criminal background.
Will you allow pets?
There are instances where service animals will be allowed but otherwise pets will only be allowed if the property owner is ok with them on premise. We understand the trust that is given to us, and we won’t allow pets if it risks breaking that trust.
