How Itinerant Works With Guests
Search & Explore
Using our different listing platforms, guests can search for and find different furnished accommodations that fit their needs and desired location. Simply enter the dates you plan on arriving and departing to find the right stay for you.
Book a Property
Once an available property has been selected, follow the prompts to book your accommodations. Booking will initiate the compliance protocol required of each guest and once a guest is approved, they are ready to enjoy their stay.
Check In and Enjoy
Prior to day of arrival, clear check in directions will be sent to each guest. On the day of arrival, check in will be confirmed, at which time our guests are free to enjoy the premises and any additional amenities.

Guest FAQs
Is there a minimum stay?
In an attempt to optimize our stays for our guests, minimum stays are largely dependent on how far out your booking is. If booked out several months in advance, we look for minimum stays of a week but as the time of booking gets closer, those minimums are reduced to ensure vacant days are filled.
Are pets allowed?
Select units within the Itinerant portfolio allow pets. The individual listing will indicate if pets are allowed and if there are any restrictions on type of pet and any additional fees needed to secure a pet allowance.
Are there check out duties?
We understand the burden that a lot of stays place on their guests to do an overwhelming amount of cleaning while also charging a cleaning fee. Please understand that the baseline cleaning fee is what covers the unit’s turnover for the next guest’s stay. With that in mind, it is appreciated if trash is collected and consolidated by the door, any dishes are placed in the dishwasher, and all electronics including HVAC are turned off when checking out.
Are there additional fees?
In an attempt to keep additional fees to a minimum, we only charge a cleaning fee. This fee is a pass-through cost that Itinerant does not profit from and only covers the living wage we pay our cleaners. If units are left extremely dirty, we will charge additional cleaning fees in order to compensate our cleaners for their additional time. There is also an additional pet fee for approved animals.
Is there self-check in?
Self-check in is available at most of our units, but there are select units where our guests need to check in with the building’s front desk.
Are utilities included?
All utilities are included in the cost of your stay. This includes electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi. In attempts to stay eco-friendly we do ask that lights, appliances, AC, and heat are all turned off when house is vacant.
Is housekeeping available?
Housekeeping services are available but are not included in the initial upfront costs associated with the booking. Having a cleaner come will require prior scheduling and will be billed through the Itinerant payment portal.
